Programme overview: ATOMIC supports participants to explore the emotional chemistry that exists within and between the interconnected relationships of identity and conflict. It also empowers participants to become more effective leaders by developing their ability to manage inter and interpersonal conflict effectively whilst empowering them to be the change in the communities that they live within.
