Themes explored: Identity, Conflict analysis, Intercultural Exploration, Leadership, Belonging, Citizenship, Diversity, Commonality; Shared Values, Facilitation, Debating and Current Affairs.
Programme overview: The Future Leaders programme supports participants to explore their heritage and belonging and shared values with their peer group. Young leaders are challenged to facilitate learning sessions on current affairs topics with their peers whilst considering their own role in society and developing their ability as future leaders within their communities.
