We aim to develop learning and development programmes and services that create opportunity and in particular benefit societies most vulnerable groups who have limited access otherwise to opportunity.

We believe that diversity results in places being more vibrant places to live, work, learn and play and we promote this strength throughout the delivery of our programmes as we support people to embrace it.

We are committed to supporting everyone to benefit from our programmes whilst we place equality of opportunity for all as the ethos for everything that we deliver and promote. In particular we aim to support societies most vulnerable groups to gain opportunities that will help them to improve their lives and the lives of those around them through their participation in our intercultural learning and development and skill enhancement programmes.
Learning
We are committed to providing opportunities for people to learn about themselves and each other whilst also delivering learning and development programmes that support organisations and communities to develop their capacities that in-turn result in the development of stronger, safer and more resilient places for all to live, work, learn and play.
Non-violence
We are committed to supporting humanity to move away from the use of violence and instead use progressive, non-violent means to resolve issues peacefully.
Participation
We believe that everybody should have the opportunity to participate in decision making that effects their lives. Our programmes and services are shaped by the people and partners that we work with whilst we support them to develop their capacity to play an active role in decision making processes more effectively.
Promoting shared values
Supporting people to identify the values that we share can help each of us find common ground and begin their to transform the challenges that we face positively in a manner that embraces difference, creates opportunity and develops capacity whilst transforming conflict in a manner that results in its transformation becoming a positive advantage for all. As a result, supporting people to explore value systems and that within them that is shared with others forms a aim of the delivery of our programmes.

Ultimately we exist to support individuals, organisations and communities to develop their capacities as well as their understanding of each other and their relationships with one another to overcome the challenges and conflicts that they face in a manner that is progressive and which embraces common ground to create positive advantage for all.
